Lola Beans Signs 120+ Unit Area Representative Agreement for the State of Texas
Lola Beans, the drive-thru franchise serving coffee, infused sodas and plant-based energy drinks, announced today that Texas franchisees Kirk and Coleen Jeter have expanded their original 15-unit agreement to a 120+ unit area representative deal for the state of Texas.
This expansion marks the largest commitment in the brand’s history, and reflects the rising confidence experienced multi-unit operators have in Lola Beans and the specialty beverage category.
The Jeter Group, who has operated multiple Wingstop and Crumbl locations across North Carolina and Maryland, initially signed a 15-unit agreement in early October. After working closely with Lola Beans’ leadership and reviewing development plans, they saw a significantly larger opportunity. They plan to develop 15 or more stores themselves, targeting four to six openings per year, while recruiting and supporting qualified franchise partners throughout the rest of the state. Early market analysis suggests Texas could ultimately support 180 to 200 Lola Beans locations.
“We’ve considered a lot of great concepts while growing our portfolio,” said Coleen Jeter. “The moment we experienced Lola Beans, we knew we found a hidden gem. During Discovery Day, Donny and Missy were so warm and inviting! They welcomed my team into their family. The experience was so genuine, “ said Coleen. “Lola Beans has everything- strong culture, low labor, powerful unit economics. We believe Lola Beans will be the next major player in beverage franchising, hands down. We couldn’t be more excited to take on the state of Texas.”
Lola Beans combines three high-growth beverage categories — specialty coffee, infused/dirty sodas (“Lola Colas”) and plant-based energy drinks — into a compact dual-lane drive-thru model. Stores operate in as little as 510 square feet and are designed for high throughput, low labor and multiple daily visits from their loyal Lola fans.
“Upgrading from 15 units to leading development for the entire state of Texas speaks volumes,” said Lola Beans Co-Founder Donny Bradley. “The Jeter Group has scaled some of the country’s most recognizable brands. They know how to run exceptional operations, build strong teams and create true community loyalty. They’re exactly the leaders we want building Lola Beans across Texas — and identifying the right franchise partners to grow with them.”
Lola Beans has chosen SHCC Brands as its exclusive development partner to support a national rollout with strategic guidance, market planning and franchise development expertise.
“I'm very excited about Kirk and Coleen’s commitment to servant leadership. Their genuine desire to care for all stakeholders is both rare and authentic. We see a very bright future for Lola Beans’ Texas development under their guidance,” said John Moates of SHCC Brands.
Under the area representative structure, the Jeter Group will lead development, operations support and franchisee recruitment across Texas. They are actively seeking qualified franchise partners to join the statewide expansion. They have added Tarji Carter, industry professional, as their VP of Franchise Development. The first Texas location is expected to open in the second quarter of 2026, with additional sites planned for rapid rollout beginning in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.
This agreement marks a major milestone in Lola Beans’ nationwide growth as consumer demand surges for drive-thru specialty beverages. Lola Beans is a unique franchise model to combine all major beverage categories — coffee, infused soda, energy, tea and more — into a single streamlined franchise.
